To initiate our partnership, we require an initial deposit of $[Amount]. This amount will be credited towards your first invoice once you engage our services. If you decide not to proceed, your deposit will be fully refunded.

We begin each collaboration with a trial period of up to two weeks, allowing you to assess the success of the engagement. If you're satisfied with the outcomes, we'll invoice you for the duration and continue the partnership. If not, you won't incur any charges, and we can either part ways or introduce you to another expert for a second trial period.

We allow clients to initiate a trial period with up to three experts from our network for each position. While we carefully evaluate all applicants, we understand that not every individual will be the right fit. This approach enables you to collaborate with multiple experts and choose the candidate you feel most comfortable with.

We prioritize reliability and take full responsibility if an expert becomes unavailable as scheduled. In such cases, we will credit back the billed time to ensure you receive fair compensation for any inconvenience.

The client retains full ownership of the work created by our experts. Our contracts explicitly state that all work produced belongs to the client, ensuring complete ownership and control over the deliverables.

We provide comprehensive support to entrepreneurs, including mentorship-driven accelerator programs and community initiatives tailored to their stage in the entrepreneurial journey.

We typically send invoices once a month, with Net 10 terms, allowing you to review charges before payment. Additionally, we require the full monthly invoice amount to be paid upfront to ensure that we have the necessary resources allocated to your project.
